Subscriptions and Refunds
WalkBuddy purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
Account and Privacy Requests
You can delete your WalkBuddy account from the app when signed in by going to Profile > Danger Zone > Delete Account. You can also email us to request access, correction, deletion, or privacy support.
Permissions Help
Location, camera, photo library, and notification permissions can be managed in iOS Settings. WalkBuddy tracks location only during an active walk while the app is open and in use.
